TAT-AKAP79 (326-336)
£145.00 1mg
The key region of AKAP79 for interaction with TRPV1.
TAT-AKAP79 (326-336) is amino acids 326 336 of A-kinase anchoring protein 79 (AKAP79), the human anchoring protein, fused to TAT to promote uptake across the cell membrane. AKAP79 (326-336) is the key region of AKAP79 for interaction with transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 (TRPV1), the thermo-TRP ion channel activated by painful levels of heat, and AKAP79 binding to TRPV1 blocks TRPV1 sensitization. TAT-AKAP79 (326-336) inhibits inflammatory hyperalgesia in mice.
