SFFLRN-NH2
£85.00 1mg
Protease activated receptor-1 (PAR-1) activator.
SFFLRN-NH2 is the tethered ligand domain sequence of murine protease-activated receptor-1 (PAR-1), the G protein-coupled receptor highly expressed in platelets and endothelial cells and one of four protease-activated receptors involved in the regulation of the thrombotic response. SFFLRN-NH2 activates PAR-1 and induces relaxant responses of mouse isolated tracheal smooth muscle preparations which are mediated by prostaglandins.
