Phosphoramidon Disodium
£85.00 5mg
Metalloendopeptidase inhibitor.
Phosphoramidon is a metalloendopeptidase inhibitor originally derived from cultures of Streptomyces tanashiensis. Phosphoramidon is a potent inhibitor of thermolysin and other metallo-endopeptidases and also strongly inhibits mammalian enkephalinase but does not inhibit trypsin, papain, chymotrypsin or pepsin. Phosphoramidon has been used as a neprilysin (NEP) inhibitor to study amyloid beta (A?) uptake and degradation.
