PAMP 12 (Human, Porcine)
£85.00 1mg
Endogenous MRGPRX2 agonist.
PAMP 12 (human, porcine) corresponds to amino acids 9 to 20 of proadrenomedullin and is an endogenous peptide agonist of Mas related GPR X2 (MRGPRX2) with an EC50 of 57.2 nM. PAMP 12 (human, porcine) can cause hypotension through inhibiting catecholamine secretion from sympathetic nerve endings and adrenal chromaffin cells. PAMP 12 (human, porcine) displays potent antimicrobial activity against standard bacterial strains, with a mechanism of action not involving the microbial cell membrane but instead targeting binding to bacterial DNA.
