Kisspeptin 10 (Rat, Mouse)
£89.00 1mg
Endogenous peptide for the rodent kisspeptin receptor KISS1 (GPR54).
Kisspeptin-10 is the endogenous ligand for the rodent kisspeptin receptor (KISS1, GPR54) and is the minimal sequence of metastin (45-54) which activates GPR54 signaling. Kisspeptin has recently emerged as a key regulator of the mammalian reproductive axis while stimulation of GPR54 can also up-regulate proapoptotic genes which have tumour suppressor properties, inhibiting metastasis and invasion in mouse melanomas.
