Kisspeptin 10 (Human)
£55.00 1mg
Endogenous peptide ?for the kisspeptin receptor KISS1 (GPR54).
Kisspeptin 10 (human) is a potent endogenous ligand for the kisspeptin receptor (KISS1, GPR54). Kisspeptin 10 (human) binds with high affinity to rat and human KISS1 receptors, with Ki values of 1.59 and 2.33 nM respectively. Kisspeptin 10 (human) has recently emerged as a key regulator of the mammalian reproductive axis while stimulation of GPR54 can also up-regulate proapoptotic genes which have tumour suppressor properties, inhibiting metastasis and invasion in mouse melanomas.
