Kemptide
£75.00 5mg
cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA) substrate.
Kemptide is a synthetic heptapeptide that acts as a specific substrate for cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA). Kemptide is derived from a phosphorylation sequence of pig liver pyruvate kinase, a natural PKA substrate and is a phosphate acceptor peptide that when used as a synthetic substrate for PKA has a Km of 16 ?M. Kemptide has kinetics comparable to native protein substrates.
