Peptide fragment derived from human GluR2.
GluR2 (831-842) is a synthetic peptide fragment derived from human GluR2, also known as GluA2, a glutamate ionotropic receptor AMPA type subunit 2 that in humans is encoded by the GRIA2 (or GLUR2) gene. AMPA receptor GluA2 subunit defects are a cause of neurodevelopmental disorders. GluR2 (831-842) is suitable for use in an ELISA.
