FGF7p
£125.00 1mg
FGF7 mimetic.
FGF7p is a peptide derived from the sequence of fibroblast growth factor 7 (FGF7) that mimics the biological effects of full-length FGF7. Similar to FGF7, FGF7p drives downstream signalling in urothelium and urothelial cytoprotection, probably through AKT. FGF7p blocks bladder urothelial apoptosis via AKT and its targets, again similarly to FGF7, and mitigates bladder urothelial injury from cyclophosphamide.
