Autocamtide-2-related inhibitory peptide
£125.00 1mg
CaM kinase II inhibitor.
Autocamtide-2-related inhibitory peptide is a selective and potent calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CaM kinase II) inhibitor with an IC50 of 40 nM. Autocamtide-2-related inhibitory peptide is selective over PKC, PKA and CaM kinase IV, with IC50’s greater than 10 μM for each. Autocamtide 2 related inhibitory peptide reverses CaMKII mediated effects in cardiac channels but does not alter INa gating.
